As a Michif leader, professional and proud citizen of the Red River Métis Nation (MMF), my work is centered on deep relational accountability, structural integrity and community-led stewardship. I partner with executive teams, public institutions and national initiatives to help decision-makers navigate complex organizational transitions and ensure their internal operations genuinely reflect their foundational commitments.
Currently, I bring this focus to two primary spaces:
Special Advisor, Indigenous (ACET at the University of Victoria): Providing direct strategic guidance to align a massive, multi-partner clean energy research initiative with independent, dedicated relational frameworks.
Founder, Origin: Partnering with organizations to assess their internal structures, challenge surface-level checklists and meaningfully incorporate Indigenous frameworks into their core leadership practices.
My approach integrates a graduate degree in Leadership Studies and strategic coaching certifications with extensive lived and cultural experience. Grounded in a Living Systems Model, language, land-based learning and long-term relationship building, I am dedicated to helping teams shift away from transactional compliance and move toward lasting, respectful collaboration.
