Recent Projects


Develop​ed ​and facilitated an online, eight-week Administration & Microsoft Office Pre-Employment Training Program​ with a focus on Leadership, Communication and Office Skills. This program was designed to merge Western and Indigenous teachings to give students the skills and foundations to be successful in a variety of workplaces.

Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council​


Massachusetts General Hospital

We were honoured to be selected to design and develop the Aspire Trailblazers Adventure Camp Leader-in-Training curriculum for neurodiverse youth, the first of its kind, and one that will support students to define leadership, identify their own leadership style, and practice leadership throughout their daily activities and routines.


Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada

We are excited to have worked with the Inuit Women’s Business Network to redesign culturally relevant educational materials to help build entrepreneurial capacity for Inuit women entrepreneurs, toward a positive impact on Inuit families and the local economy. Using a cultural competence and Inuit voice-first approach, we developed racially sensitive and culturally appropriate materials designed to help empower Inuit women to become successful in their business.


Ottawa Riverkeeper

It was rewarding for us to participate in Ottawa Riverkeeper’s journey of culture change centered around the health and wellness of their staff and leaders. This involved an organization-wide cultural and practices assessment, and the development of a strategic and operational plan toward a different vision of culture.


Child Prevention Services Agency

Supporting the IRTS and two Innu communities to develop their own, Innu-controlled child and family wellness prevention Agency. We take their lead and provide strategic and operational planning, communications support, project management, training and professional development, and program development. development, structural and practice changes, team capacity building, all based on an Innu voice first and Innu traditions based approach.
