Job Readiness & Employment Success Programs

How To Become a Confident Employee & Business Professional

Who Are We?

At Origin Leadership Consulting, our collaboration with Indigenous organizations is deeply rooted in respect for Indigenous wisdom and practices. We focus on a Two-Worlds approach and are privileged to co-create our training programs alongside Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers. These collaborations support deep learning and respect, where traditional knowledge provides invaluable insights and guidance that shape our programs in meaningful and culturally sensitive ways.

To ensure our approach and content remain culturally informed and responsible, we have Elder Advisors on our team. Working with us, they inform the holistic integrity of Indigenous principles and values in our programs. Their consistent guidance and deep wisdom ground our work, infusing every program we deliver with profound respect for the Indigenous worldview.

Being culturally responsive is crucial to us. Our ongoing commitment is to respect and honour Indigenous principles and practices and weave them integrally into our work, ensuring deeper connection, relevancy, and impact in every training we deliver, co-created with, and signed off by our Elder Advisors and Knowledge Keepers.

This commitment to co-creation effectively bridges the traditional and the contemporary, giving our programs unique two-worlds strength and relevance.
